We also collect the names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of our partners and suppliers' contact persons.
2b. Biometric data
For certain purposes, we also collect biometric data such as images and photos for the purpose of providing facial recognition for customers and partners.
You control and have full control over the images/photos you choose to upload to enable facial recognition. You can always choose to remove these images/photos from the platform through our App. For security reasons, the image of the event is shared with the customer/partner where you have used facial recognition.
3. How we collect your personal data
We collect your personal data in a number of different ways, for example when you register with us on our digital platform, create a profile, fill in personal data, upload picture(s) or contact us by phone, or email. We also collect certain information when you use the website, such as information about your browser and your activity on our website.
The legal basis for collecting personal data is your consent, that we should be able to fulfil the agreement we have with you as a data subject and, in some cases, that we should be able to fulfil a legal obligation.
4. Why we use your personal data
We process your personal data in order to be able to manage our customer relationship and prepare, provide and administer access to our services, i.e. fulfil the current agreement with you as a customer or user.
We may also use your personal data for the purpose of providing additional services, to conduct customer surveys, market analyses, and to be able to develop and improve our services.
We may also, unless you have objected in writing to such marketing, use your personal information to send you emails regarding news and offers.
We also process some of your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations, such as legislation regarding accounting.
5. Who receives your personal data
We process your personal data primarily for our own processing, but in some cases we may share your data with our customers/partners, for example when you have chosen to engage with third parties, such as our partners in the form of shops or property owners who act in our platform.
The supplier discloses information to group companies and partners such as payment providers for processing your payment as well as the couriers, restaurants, telephone operators and other organisations that provide services in the platform (e.g. housing, property owners, trade and product sales)
6. How long we keep your personal data
We only process your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the data in question is processed.
Once a customer relationship is established and the service has been completed, we will retain your personal data and all relevant work results for the time we deem appropriate for that type of service.

7. How we protect your personal data
Protecting your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data you have entrusted to us from unauthorised access, unlawful processing or disclosure of data, accidental loss, alteration or destruction.
Our employees have detailed instructions on how personal data should be handled in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection and only authorized personnel have access to your personal data.

As a data subject, you have rights regarding your personal data. These rights mean that you can at any time;

- ask us to correct your personal data if it is inadequate, incomplete or inaccurate;
- request the erasure of your personal data;
- ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data
- object to certain processing of personal data;
- request to transfer personal data to another service provider by obtaining your personal data, to the extent provided by you, in a written or electronic format that is commonly used for the purpose of transmitting it to another party (data portability);
Please note that we may have the right to deny your request for erasure if there are legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting certain personal data. These obligations may be due, for example, to accounting and tax legislation or consumer law legislation.
In some cases, it may also be because the processing is necessary for us to be able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we are unable to comply with your request for erasure due to the above reasons, we will lock all personal data to be used for purposes other than the purpose that prevents the requested deletion. Access to your locked personal data will be narrowly limited by us and it will only be you who has the opportunity to request this personal data.
If you wish to request any of the above rights, please send a signed request including a copy of the ID document by post to the address indicated below in section 12.
9. Your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
We hope that this privacy policy has clarified how we handle your personal data and that you feel safe doing so, but if anything is unclear, we are grateful to receive your feedback and answer your questions. We would also like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority if you believe that our processing of personal data violates your rights and interests under applicable law.
